Our Refund Principle
Karmalipi AI provides digital AI astrology consultation services using Karmic Credits.
Once credits are successfully delivered to your wallet, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable.
Refunds or credit restoration may be considered only for verified payment issues, technical failures, failed credit delivery, duplicate transactions, unauthorized or erroneous
charges, or where required by applicable law.
Digital Credits Are Generally Final
Karmic Credits are digital wallet credits delivered after successful payment.
They are used to access AI-generated astrology chat responses and related platform services.
Unused credits are not refundable simply because a user changed their mind,
purchased by mistake, did not use the credits immediately, or no longer wishes to use the service.
When a Refund or Credit Restoration May Be Approved
If you were charged more than once for the same credit purchase, we will review the transaction and may refund the duplicate payment after verification.
If payment was successful but credits were not added to your wallet, we may manually credit your wallet or process a refund after verification.
If credits were deducted but the AI service failed to deliver a response due to a verified technical issue from our side, we may restore credits or provide another appropriate resolution.
If a charge appears unauthorized or erroneous, contact us promptly with transaction details.
We will review the issue and take appropriate action.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under your local law.
What Is Not Refundable
Because Karmalipi AI provides digital AI-generated responses and wallet-based credit usage, certain cases are generally not refundable.
Unused credits are not refundable simply because you changed your mind,
purchased by mistake, did not use the credits, or no longer wish to continue.
Credits already used for AI astrology responses are generally non-refundable once the response has been generated or delivered.
Refunds are not issued only because you disagree with the interpretation,
prediction style, tone, timing suggestion, or astrological viewpoint.
If incorrect birth date, time, place, chart details, or question context is entered by the user, credits used for that session are generally not refundable.
Free, bonus, trial, redeemed, or promotional credits are not refundable in cash.
AI-Generated Interpretation Notice
Karmalipi AI uses artificial intelligence to generate astrology interpretations based on chart data, selected mode, user question, and available astrological logic.
AI-generated interpretations may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or affected by limitations in data, model reasoning, user input, or system context.
Karmalipi AI does not guarantee any specific prediction, life outcome, event,
relationship result, career result, financial result, health result, or personal decision outcome.
Responsible Use of AI Astrology
Astrology is interpretive and reflective in nature. Karmalipi AI is designed to support self-understanding, reflection, timing awareness, and thoughtful exploration.
AI astrology responses should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, or safety advice. For serious decisions, consult a qualified professional.
You are responsible for how you interpret and apply AI-generated guidance.
Refunds are not provided for decisions, consequences, or actions taken based on the service.
Credit Restoration vs Refund
In many technical cases, restoring credits to your wallet may be faster and more appropriate than reversing the original payment.
If a verified platform issue prevented delivery, we may restore credits,
retry delivery, or approve a refund depending on the case.
How to Request Review
To request refund review, credit restoration, or payment support, contact us with sufficient information to verify the transaction and issue.

Registered email or phone, payment date, transaction ID, credit pack purchased, issue description, wallet balance screenshot, and screenshots if available.
We aim to acknowledge eligible requests within 48 hours and resolve verified issues as soon as reasonably possible.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method.
The time taken to reflect depends on your bank, card network, UPI provider, wallet, payment gateway, or payment method.
After initiation, refunds may take several business days to reflect,
depending on the payment provider and banking partners.
